O.M.E. S.r.l. elaborates customer requests with CAD-CAM technologies, from drawings, models or even just an idea, analysing feasibility, and then proceeding with the creation of a small or medium-sized piece. For single pieces as well as medium to large series, the processing can be performed on all types of materials, such as ferrous and non-ferrous materials, hardened materials, alloys and super-alloys, using cutting-edge systems, technologies, and the latest generation machinery. The company also has a technical department, which, from a 3D model, generates a machining path for the machine tool, exploiting industry 4.0 technology to boost productivity and improve product quality. We carry out turning, milling and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) using exclusively CNC machines, with a horizontal, vertical and tilting axis rotary table and axis positioning.

The company has worked closely with TEAM REACING for several years, allowing O.M.E. S.r.l. to specialize in the world of racing motorcycles and the production of components for various types of motorcycles.
